Ereta park – a highlight on the slopes

Spring – what’s that? Second last day of March, sleet and somewhat icy conditions on the roads/pavements. Grey, wet and windy. This, unfortunately, is not an April fools joke. Talk on the radio the other day, in spite of shaky financial times, were people still planning going on holiday (to warmer places)? 9 out 10 said yes. No wonder. A warm place I visited last October was Alicante in southern Spain. If you are into green spaces and in that vicinity I recommend a visit to Ereta park – a highlight on the slopes of the rock crowned by Castillo Santa Barbara. Being sleek and modern, I love how it integrates with the surrounding landscape and create contrast with ancient hovering above. Don’t miss out.
