Summer is ticking away. Too quickly? What can we do? Second summer month, if you live in the northern hemisphere, is right at our doorstep. Here are some inspirational garden designs -w26-2022. This time around with a focus on textiles and wallpapers.
- How is this photo for matching decor and landscape colour? And naturally emphasising the practicality of the product. Pretty outstanding impression. A Mogambo parasol from Paola Lenti certainly comes in handy.
- A parasol with a mystery attached. Super retro cool underside but how does it look on top? Referring to colour. Haven’t been able to find out. The brand is Business and Pleasure and the parasols come in a range of colours. It’s UV and water resistant. A matching carrying bag is included in the purchase.
- Noah Multi Outdoor is, well, a textile design for the outdoors. The safari scene was painted by hand by British artist Holly Frean and digitally printed onto linen. It includes a shower resistant finish which is anti-mould, anti-mildew and anti-microbial. Really like the fact that it’s noted in the purchase description that as with most outdoor textiles, the fabric should stored inside when not used, or during periods of wet, cold or damp weather.
- This sling chair from Society6 comes in a one-frame-style but in a wide range of fabric designs. I liked this particular one because of the happy colours and geometric pattern. The polyester fabric seat can be adjusted in multiple positions and folds for easy travel and storage.
- This is a fluorescent orange Dioriviera 2022 Toile de Jouy parasol design from Dior. I have always been fascinated by Toile de Jouy that is why I find this inspirational, totally disregarding the price tag …
- Such a pretty wallpaper pattern this. Think it’s got a highly feminine, kind of floaty sketchy feel to it. Design by Alessandra Scandella.
