Been thinking for some years that I wanted to visit Córdoba in early May when the open courtyard festival is being held. This year it happened. But perhaps not the way I anticipated it. The queues for the courtyards participating in the festival were long. Not nice. So me and my companion sort of ended up doing our own tour of the courtyards of Córdoba. As well as generally taking in the green vibes of the city. Obviously a visit to the Mezquita and Patio de los Naranjos was compulsory. It really is an architectural wonder! Below are some of the sights I came across.
