Well, I’m back in London. The weather this morning put on a grand show with full sun and lovely summer temperature. Took a stroll in Battersea park and as per usual the Peace Pagoda looked nothing but stunning too. What a wonderful world we live in ;-). Equally glorious are the trees in front of the Pagoda. My thinking is that they are some kind of cedar trees, but I’m really confused.

For a while I was thinking they were perhaps larch trees (Larix) but as they are not deciduous, that is most likely not the case. Been trying to find information online but have so far not achieved a satisfactory result. I have this idea that perhaps the trees are of Eastern origin to fit the design theme of the space ?? If you know, please get in touch!
